I love hardwood floors. The past two homes we lived in we had these beautiful floors. With the type of furniture my husband and I prefer the floors really mix well. Right now we live in a house with tile flooring and I really miss the hardwood.
Anyway, I thought I'd share with you some tips on repairing hardwood floors and the best products to use to do so.
Tibetan Almond Stick. This is my favorite product for minor and surface scratches. The scratches seem to disappear!
Repair Kits. You can find kits that include everything you need to repair minor to moderate scratches. Check with your floor manufacturer to see what they recommend or just buy one in a color that matches your floor.
Wax sticks. Colored wax sticks are vital to have on hand if you get a nick on the floor or something. I like to keep a variety of colors on hand because no good hardwood floor is only one color!
Also, here is some advice on fixing hardwood floor scratches.
